Your information, our promise

This site is run by neighborhood volunteers, not a marketing company. Your information is used to verify residency, deliver the notifications you sign up for, and help your neighbors reach you when you choose to be reachable. That's it.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, and password (hashed). Optionally a bio and street address you choose to share.
• Verification info: your phone, optional GPS reading, and any documents you upload for manual review. Sensitive verification responses are encrypted at rest.
• Activity: posts, comments, RSVPs, watch reports, polls. These are visible to other verified members.
• Notification preferences: which channels (email, text, push) you want for which topics.

What we share

• Other neighbors: your display name, bio, and posts you choose to make. Your email/phone only appear in the directory if you opt in.
• Service providers: our hosting (Enhance), email (SMTP relay), text messages (Twilio when configured), web push (browser push services), and a third-party data lookup we use behind the scenes to confirm residency. We don't sell your data to anyone.
• Law enforcement: only if legally required.

Your choices

• Turn off any notification topic or channel any time at Profile → Notification preferences.
• Hide yourself from the directory in Profile.
• Delete your account by emailing hoa@puckettstation.net and we'll remove your data within 7 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults (18+). Children should not create accounts.

Changes

If we change anything material here, we'll post a broadcast and require you to acknowledge it next time you sign in.
